Getting Around

Most of our retreat activities will take place at The Harpeth Hotel or within walking distance. Transportation will be provided for our Monday afternoon and evening activities.

Hotel & Airport

The Harpeth Hotel

130 2nd Avenue North
Franklin, TN 37064

30–45 minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA), depending on traffic
Flying in? We’ll coordinate rideshares from the airport with fellow attendees and share details before the retreat.
Local and driving? Pull up to the hotel’s front entrance for complimentary valet, billed to Spartan’s master account at the hotel.
No rental car needed during the retreat.

Stop at Spartan Office

About a 10-minute walk from the Spartan Office to Broadway
Freshen up: Gym showers are available if you’d like to change or freshen up.
Drop your bag: Leave your belongings with Ashley Shannon at the office so you don’t have to carry them downtown. We’ll bring everything back to the hotel ballroom. Please do not leave items on the bus.

Choose Your Monday Evening

After pickleball, everyone rides the bus to the Spartan office (about 5:00 PM). From there, pick the evening that suits you:

Option 1

Dinner & Broadway

Dinner: Assembly Food Hall, on your $30 preloaded card
After: Time on Broadway with the team
Ride back: Any return shuttle from the Ryman Auditorium: 7:00, 8:15, or 9:30 PM

Option 2

Dinner & an Early Ride Home

Dinner: Assembly Food Hall, on your $30 preloaded card
After: Head back to the hotel
Ride back: An early shuttle from the Ryman Auditorium

Option 3

Return Directly to the Hotel

Dinner: On your own. Please use your company card per our T&E policy.
After: Relax at The Harpeth Hotel
Ride back: A bus to the hotel right after the Spartan office stop

Please let us know in advance if you plan to take this bus so we can plan accordingly.

You're welcome to enjoy the evening! Please stay with a group, make responsible choices, and arrange your own rideshare back to The Harpeth Hotel.

Our final shuttle departs at 9:30 PM.

TuesdayAwards Dinner

Saffire at The Factory at Franklin

230 Franklin Rd, Franklin, TN 37064

6:10 PM team photo on the courtyard steps (ballroom if weather interferes)
Then we walk together to Saffire at The Factory at Franklin, about 0.6 miles
Wear comfortable shoes and bring a light jacket
We’ll walk back to The Harpeth Hotel together after dinner

Flying home? We’ll coordinate rideshares to BNA based on your flight, generally departing the hotel between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM

Retreat Expectations

During Sessions

Be present: Join all scheduled sessions and activities.
Be on time: Arrive a few minutes before our 8:30 AM start.
Stay engaged: Save calls and emails for breaks when possible.
Need to step out? Please do so quietly.

Out & About

Stay together: Travel with teammates, stay aware, and make sure no one is left behind.
Enjoy responsibly: Never drive after drinking.
Keep your drink with you: Do not leave drinks unattended.
Keep it to our team: Do not leave with people you don’t know or invite non-retreat guests back to the hotel.

Represent Spartan

Treat everyone with respect: Teammates, hotel staff, servers, and the community.
Represent Spartan well: Use good judgment and professionalism throughout the retreat.
